CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Purusant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 28th day of April, <br />1982. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers <br />Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the following were absent: None. <br />Mayor Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 82-16 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE IMPROVEMENT OF PASCAL <br />AND ALBERT STREETS BETWEEN WEST HOYT AND LARPENTEUR <br />AVENUES <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights held a <br />public hearing on improving streets in the Northome Area south of Larpenteur <br />Avenue to Hoyt Avenue and west of Snelling Drive east to Hamline Avenue, on <br />P~larch 9, 1982 and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that Albert and Pascal <br />Streets cannot be repaired in a minimum way and have, therefore, determined <br />that said streets shall have a major improvement, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Falcon Heights that Albert and Pascal Streets be improved as proposed by the <br />City Engineer. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Larson, <br />and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor <br />Warkentien, Councilmembers Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the <br />following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />r <br />~? ,~~. <br />' % , <br />Willis C.
