CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Purusant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of <br />June, 1982. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers <br />Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the following were absent: None. <br />Councilmember Larson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 82-21 <br />A RESOLUTION REMOVING TATUM STREET, LARPENTEUR TO <br />ROSELAWN, AS A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights <br />that the street hereinafter described should be revoked as a Municipal State <br />Aid street under the provisions of Minnesota Law. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Falcon <br />Heights, that the roads designated'as_fQllows,to-wig; <br />MSA N0. STREET FROM <br />TO <br />102 Tatum Street Larpenteur Ave. Roselawn Ave. <br />be, and hereby are, revoked as Municipal State Aid streets of Falcon Heights, <br />subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of-the State of <br />Minnesota. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and di- <br />rected to forward two (2) certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner <br />of Transportation for his consideration. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Mayor Warkentien and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Attest: <br />i <br />ewan B.
