CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the <br />City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of August, <br />1982. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers <br />Ciernia, Chestovich, Eggert and Larson, and the following were absent: None. <br />Councilmember Chestovich introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 82-32 <br />A RESOLUTION TO INCLUDE STORM SEWER <br />CONSTRUCTION WITH ALBERT STREET IP1- <br />PROVEMENT FROM LARPENTEUR AVE. TO <br />HOYT AVE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has ordered <br />the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the improvement of <br />Albert Street-from West Larpenteur Ave. to Hoyt Ave.; and <br />WHEREAS, Albert street has been designated as a Municipal State Aid <br />Street; and <br />WHEREAS, it is prudent to include storm sewer in the Albert Street <br />improvement, <br />• NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights hereby <br />directs the City Engineer to include storm sewer placement in the .preparation <br />of plans and specifications for the Albert Street improvement. <br />The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor <br />Warkentien, and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Ciernia, Chestovich, Eggert and Larson, and <br />the following voted against the same:- None. <br />WHEREUPON,. said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />/~ _ <br />Willis C.
