CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the • City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of August, 1982. The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Ciernia, Chestovich, Eggert and Larson and the following were absent: None. adoption: Mayor Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION 82-33 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFI- CATIONS TO IMPROVE ALBERT AND PASCAL STREETS AND DIRECT THE CLERK ADMINISTRATOR TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS TO BE OPENED AT 2:00 P.M. SEPTEMBER 7, 1982 WHEREAS, the City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota at a previous meeting directed the Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the im- provement of Albert and Pascal Streets from Larpenteur Ave. to Hoyt Ave.; and WHEREAS, the Engineer has completed the plans and specifications for the improvement of Munic~,pal State Aid Street N. Albert, which includes storm sewer, curb and gutter and street improvement and Pascal Street which includes street improvement and curb and gutter, • NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights hereby approves the plans and specifications for both Albert and Pascal Streets and further directs the Clerk Administrator to advertise for bids to be opened at 2:00 p.m., September 7, 1982. The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council- member Larson and upon a vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Ciernia, Chestovich, Eggert and Larson, and the following voted against the same: None.
