CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of September, <br />1982. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers <br />Chestovich, Ciernia, Larson and Eggert, and the following were absent: None. <br />Mayor Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 82-37 <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING ASHBACH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY <br />THE IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT FOR ALBERT STREET (DESIGNATED <br />MSA) AND PASCAL STREET IN THE AMOUNT OF $181,403.75 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights held a <br />public hearing to consider the improvements of Pascal Street-and Albert <br />Street, designated Minnesota State Aid, and <br />WHEREAS, the Council ordered the improvement and called for bids, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the lowest responsibile bidder was Ashbach Construction <br />Company, 431 E. Kellogg Boulevard, St. Paul, Minnesota, in the amount of <br />$18],(+03.75. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of-the City of Falcon Heights, <br />Minnesota, hereby awards the contract to Ashbach Construction Company, in <br />the amount of $181,403.75 which includes Pascal Street and Albert Street <br />(an MSA Improvement) contingent upon MSA approval on Albert Street. <br />The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Eggert and upon a vote being taken the following voted in <br />favor thereofs Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Chestovich, Ciernia, <br />Larson, and Eggert, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared-duly passed and e . <br />~Q <br />Willis C.
