CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council <br />• of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of October, <br />1982. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers <br />Chestovich, Larson, Ciernia and Eggert and the following were absent: None. <br />Councilmember Larson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 82-48 <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE RAMSEY COUNTY ENGINEERING <br />DEPARTMENT TO PERMIT FLOWER CITY LIMITED USE ALONG THE <br />SOUTH SIDE OF THEIR PROPERTY ADJACENT TO LARFENTEUR <br />AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, Marvin Stillman owner of a parcel of land lying northeast of <br />the intersection of Snelling Avenue and Larpenteur Avenue, and <br />WHEREAS, Marvin Stillman is contemplating construction of a building for <br />retail business after the total loss of a portion of his retail business by <br />fire, and <br />WHEREAS, to utilize his property effectively the City Council granted <br />certain variances to Marvin Stillman, <br />i WHEREAS, the City Council requires that Mr. Stillman provide adequate <br />parking spaces, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council passed a resolution requesting the Ramsey <br />County Engineering Department to p limited use of said right-of-way <br />south of their property adjacent to Larpenteur Avenue, <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Ciernia and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Chestovich, Larson, <br />Ciernia, and Eggert, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Willis C.
