CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof; a Special Meeting of the <br />City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on November 23, 1982. <br />• The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Council- <br />members Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the following were absent: <br />None. <br />Councilmember Ciernia introduced-the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption. <br />RESOLUTION 82-52 <br />A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR FEES TO BE CHARGED <br />RELATIVE TO ZONING AND PLATTING IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH ORDINANCE X6191 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has. adopted <br />Ordinance X6191 relating to the administration of the Falcon Heights. zoning <br />and platting ordinances; providing for fees to be charged in connection there- <br />with, and <br />WEHREAS, the City Council has determined the fees as follows: <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Falcon Heights to set fees as follows, not withstanding other stipulations to <br />the contraray: <br />REZONING $ 75.00 <br />• VARIANCES 20.00 <br />CONDITIONAL USE 20.00 <br />SUBDIVIDING 50.00 <br />PLATTING 150.00 <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT 200.00 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that each applicant, petitioner, or other <br />person shall also pay all legal, engineering, planning and similar out-of- <br />pocket costs incurred by the City in connection with the respective matter. <br />The Zoning Administrator with the approval of the Council may require each <br />applicant, petitioner or other person to deposit with the City, in escrow, <br />a cash amount based on an estimate by the Zoning Administrator of such fees <br />and costs. <br />The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Larson and upon a vote being taken the following voted in <br />favor thereofs Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Eggert, Larson; Ciernia <br />and Chestovich, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passe and ado ed. <br />~~,~ ~ ~ ~/ <br />.c=.~~G L-' ~ Q .
