CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day <br />of May, 1983. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers <br />Chestovich, Eggert, Larson and Ciernia, and the following were absent: None. <br />adoption: <br />Mayor Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />RESOLUTION 83-14 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS <br />RELATED TO FALCON WOODS N0. 3 ADDITION INCLUDING <br />TRUNK LINE SANITARY SEWER AND WATER EXTENSION TO <br />SAID ADDITION <br />T,IHEREAS, the City Council has had a request from Good Value Homes, <br />the developer of Falcon Woods No. 3 Addition, to construct streets, curb and <br />gutter, water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and holding ponds, including the <br />extension of storm sewer, water, and sanitary sewer from Prior Avenue on-the <br />south, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that said improvements are <br />feasible through assessing portions of the project and financing portions <br />• through Tax Increment Financing, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Falcon Heights <br />to direct the Engineer to prepare plans: and specifications for said improvements. <br />The motion for-the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council- <br />member Eggert and upon a vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers. Chestovich, Eggert, Larson, and Ciernia, <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution-was duly passed and adopted. <br />~. <br />Willis C. A.
