CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the • City Council of Falcon Heights, MN, was held on the 11th day of May, 1983. The following were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Chestovich, Eggert, Larson and Ciernia, and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Ciernia introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 83-15 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS OF STREETS, CURB AND GUTTER, WATER, STORM SEWER, SANITARY SEWER, HOLDING PONDS, AND EXTENSION OF RELATED UTULITIES NORTHERLY FROM PRIOR AVENUE, AND AUTHORIZING THE CLERK ADMINISTRATOR TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS TO BE OPENED AT 10:00 A.M., JUNE 8, 1983 WHEREAS, the City Council of Falcon Heights did receive a request from Good Value Homes to install streets, curb and gutter, storm and sanitary sewer, holding ponds and extension of related utilities to accomodate the recent platting of Falcon Woods No. 3 Addition, and WHEREAS, the City Council did order plans and specifications to be prepared, • NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of-the City of Falcon Heights that the plans and specifications for the above improvements be approved, the plans and specifications to be publicly displayed on May 25, 1983, and that the Clerk Administrator be directed to advertise for bids to be opened at 10:00 a,m. June 8, 1983, said bids to be considered at a regular Council Meeting on-June 8, 1983. The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council- member Larson, and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor there- ofs Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Chestovich, Eggert, Larson and Ciernia, and the following voted against the same: None.
