CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Falcon Heights City Council was held on the 22nd day of June, 1983.. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Council- <br />members Ciernia, Chestovich, Eggert and Larson, and the following were <br />absent: None. <br />Mayer Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION <br />83-19 <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING AUSTIN P. KELLER <br />CONSTRUCTION THE CONTRACT FOR UTILITIES <br />AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN FALCON WOODS <br />NO 3 AND ADJACANT PARCELS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights held a <br />public hearing to consider the utilities and street improvements in Falcon <br />Woods No. 3 and adjacant parcels, and <br />WHEREAS, the Council ordered the improvement and called for bids, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder was Austin P. Keller <br />Construction, 481 Front Ave., St. Paul, MN 55117, in the amount of <br />$364,464.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Citv of Falcon Heights, <br />Minnesota, hereby awards the contract to Austin P. Keller Construction in <br />the amount of $364,464.00 which includes utilities and street improvements <br />in Falcon Woods No. 3 and adjacant parcels. <br />The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Chestovich and upon a vote being taken the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Ciernia, Chestovich, <br />Eggert and Larson, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and a pted. <br />/~ ~~ ,~' <br />.G~2.c.a ` - LAC <br />Willis C.
