CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 27th <br />day of July, 1983. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers <br />Larson, Ciernia, Chestovich and Eggert, and the following were absent: None. <br />Councilmember E~gar~, introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 83-25 <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO <br />REAPPORTION THE ASSESSMENTS ON THE HEWLETT <br />PACKARD TRACT <br />WHEREAS, Hewlett Packard has subdivided their property in the City <br />of Falcon Heights, and <br />WHEREAS, said property has special assessments against it, and <br />WHEREAS, said property has special assessments against it, and <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor is requesting that said assessments. be <br />reapportioned to such property, and <br />WHEREAS, the Clerk-Administrator of the City of Falcon Heights has <br />• reapportioned them accordingly as shown on the attached Exhibit A, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City Council of <br />Falcon Heights requests the County Auditor to enter upon the assessment rolls <br />as shown on the attached Exhibit A as reapportionment of the current assess- <br />ments on the Hewlett Packard tracts as set forth by the Clerk-Administrator. <br />The motion for the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Ciernia and upon a vote being taken the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Larson, Ciernia, Chestovich. <br />and Eggert, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the Resolution was. declared duly passed and adopted. <br />-c-e-~cd <br />Willis C.
