CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held <br />on the 31st day of August, 1983. <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Larson, <br />Councilmembers Chestovich and Ciernia, and the following were absent: <br />Mayor Warkentien and Councilmember Eggert. <br />Acting Mayor Larson introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 83-28 <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR <br />TO REAPPORTION THE ASSESSMENTS-ON THE HERMES/ <br />HEWLETT PACKARD TRACT <br />WHEREAS, the Hermes property was sold to Hewlett Packard, and <br />WHEREAS, said property has special assessments. against it, and <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor is requesting that said assessments <br />be reapportioned to such. property, and <br />WHEREAS, the Clerk Administrator of the City of Falcon Heights <br />• has reapportioned them accordingly as shown on the attached Exhibit A, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City Council of <br />Falcon Heights requests the County Auditor to enter upon the assessment <br />rolls as shown on the attached Exhibit A as reapportionment of the current <br />assessments on the Hewlett Packard tract as set forth by the Clerk <br />Administrator. <br />The motion for the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Ciernia and upon a vote being taken the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Larson, Councilmembers Ciernia and <br />Chestovich and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /><'~~ <br />1,.~'i~'-~' <br />San ra Larson, Acting Mayor <br />ATTE <br />~ ~i <br />Dewan B.
