~, • EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY -0F • FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA HELD: AUGUST 31, 1983 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 31st day of August, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Members Chestovich, Ciernia, and Larson and the following were absent: Mayor Warkentien, Member Eggert The City Attorney explained to the Council that a resolution ordering the project was necessary to complete the legal transcript required under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.041, for the issuance of $525,000. General Obligation Tax Increment Improvement Bonds. It was duly noted that a hearing on the pro~osed_improvements (designated and known as the Falcon Woods No. 3 improvement project) was properly called by resolution pasted April 22, 1983, and the parties involved were heard as shown in the minutes of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights. of May 11, 1983, the date • of the hearing. Member Larson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption• RESOLUTION 83-311 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, the City has on file a letter from Good Value Homes petitioning for the Falcon Woods No. 3 improvement project, and WHEREAS, the parcels owned by Good Value Homes in the Falcon Woods No. 3 improvement project area exceed thirty-five percent (35$) of the area to be improved, WHEREAS, after due Notice of Public Hearing on the construction of Falcon Woods No. 3 improvement project for the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, hearing on said improvements was duly held on May 11, 1983, and the Council heard all persons desiring to be heard on the matter and fully considered the same;._ NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota as follows: n LJ
