CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 7th <br />day of September, 1983, at 8:30 P.M. <br />The Following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Council- <br />members Chestovich, Eggert, Larson and Ciernia, and the following were <br />absent: None. <br />Councilmember Larson introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 83-32 <br />A RESOLUTION LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />DELINQUENT SANITARY SEWER RENTAL CHARGES <br />BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon <br />Heights, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. It is hereby determined that there are delinquent sewer charges <br />against the properties hereinafter set forth, in the amounts <br />• set forth opposite the description of such properties; <br />2. A special assessment in the amount hereinafter set forth is <br />hereby levied against each of such tracts, with an interest <br />rate of 8% annually, respectively; <br />• 3. A total amount of such :special assessment, in each case, shall <br />be payable with the 1983 real estate taxes due and payable <br />during 1984; <br />4. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified copy of the <br />assessment to the County Auditor to be extended on the proper <br />tax lists of the County and such assessments shall be collected <br />and paid over in to the same manner as other municipal taxes; <br />5. Tracts of land and the amount of such special assessments are <br />as follows: (see attached) <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing motion was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Chestovich, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Chestovich, Eggert, <br />Larson and Ciernia, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the motion was declared d passed and adopted. <br />~~~. <br />Willis C.
