CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 7th • day of September, 1983, at 9:30 P.M. The folowing members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Council- members Chestovich, Eggert, Larson and Ciernia, and the following members were absent: None. Councilmember Eggert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 83-33 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STREET LIGHT REPAIRS IN AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION N0. 71 AND N0. 90 IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 1,037.34 WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly given as required by law, the City Council has met, heard and upon all objections to the proposed assess- ment for street light repairs in Auditor's Subdivisions No. 71 and No. 90 and has amended such proposed assessment as it deems just: 1. Such proposed assessment is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named therein, and each tract of land therein is hereby found to be benefitted by the improvements; 2. Such assessment shall be payable in one annual installment to be payable with general taxes for the year 1983, collectible with such taxes during the year 1984; 3. The City Clerk Administrator shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate copy of this assessment to the County Auditor to be extended on the tax list of the County at an interest rate of 8% per annum. The motion for adoption of the forgoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Chestovich and upon a vote being taken thereon the following members voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Chestovich, Eggert, Larson and Ciernia and the following members voted against same: None.
