CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />• Pursuant to due calJ_ and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Falcon Heights City Council was held October l2, 1983. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Council- <br />members Ciernia, Chestovich, Eggert and Larson, and the following were absent: <br />None. <br />Councilmember Chestovich introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 83-36 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT OF <br />$26,173.05 TO MIDWEST PAVING AND RECYCLING <br />COMPANY, INC. FOR THE 1983 SEALCOATING PROJECT <br />(NORTHOME STREETS) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights has entered into a contract <br />with. Midwest Paving and Recycling, Co., Inc., 6350 IndustriaJ_ Drive,-Eden <br />Prairie, MN 55344, for the sealcoating of the streets in the Northome area, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the contracted work has. been completed, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the work and determined <br />it to be satisfactory, <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Falcon Heights does hereby authorize final payment of $26,]_73.05 to <br />Midwest Paving and Recycling Co., Inc. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duJ_y <br />seconded by Mayor Warkentien, and upon a vote being taken the foJ.J.owing <br />voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Ciernia, Chestovich., <br />Eggert and Larson, and the folJ-owing voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />_... <br />• ~. <br />WIJ_is C.
