CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held <br />~. on the 11th day of January, 1978. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Council- <br />members Black, McGough, Steele and Brown, and the following were <br />absent: None. <br />Councilman McGough _introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption. <br />RESOLUTION 78-1 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY <br />FOR THE GENERAL AND SINKING FUNDS OF THE CITY OF <br />FALCON HEIGHTS <br />WHEREAS, The City of Falcon Heights does not. have a bank <br />within its boundaries, and in the past has designated North <br />Star State Bank, Roseville as its depository for the funds of <br />the City of Falcon Heights. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council <br />of the City of Falcon Heights: That the North Star State Bank <br />of Roseville be designated as depository for the funds of the <br />City of Falcon Heights, and the City Treasurer is authorized <br />to deposit general and other funds therein. <br />~° BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that collateral shall be furnished <br />by the North Star State Bank as required by law. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilman Steele and upon a vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor <br />Warkentien, Councilmembers Black, McGough, Steele and Brown, <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly. passed and <br />adopted. <br />,, i <br />WILLIS C.A.
