CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, <br />Minnesota was held on the 10th day of May, 1978 at 8:00 p,m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, <br />Councilmembers Black, McGough, Steele and Brown and the <br />following were absent: None.. <br />Councilman Black introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 78-15 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING FRANCES <br />LABALESTRA°S et'al REQUEST FOR <br />A SUBDIVISION OF THE SAID PROPERTY <br />LOTS 13 & 14, BLOCK 1 OF LABALESTRA <br />PARK <br />WHEREAS, Frances Labalestra, et°al ar.e the owners -of <br />certain real estate located in the City of Falcon Heights <br />in an R-3 zoning, and, <br />WHEREAS, said owners have requested subdivision of said <br />real estate pursuant to Ordinance 69, paragraph 3 of said <br />City, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said real estate be <br />subdivided as follows: <br />1. Lot 13 and the north ten (10) feet of Lot l4, Block 1, <br />Labalestra Park. <br />2. The south eighty (80) feet of the north ninety.(90) <br />feet of Lot 14, Block 1, Labalestra Park <br />3. Lot 14 except the east eighty (80) feet thereof and <br />except the north ninety (90) feet thereof, and except <br />the south 0.5 feet thereof, Block 1, Labalestra Park <br />subject to easement of record Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />4. The east eighty (80) feet of Lot 14 except the north <br />ninety (90) feet thereof, Block 1 Labalestra Park <br />subject to easements of record, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman McGough and upon a vote being <br />taken the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, <br />Councilmembers Black, McGough, Steele and Brown and the following <br />voted "nay1° : None . <br />WHEREUPON, the Resolution s declared y p shed and <br />adopted. <br />~ 'K,-~.-E-5_- ~.
