CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the <br />1Oth day of January, 1979• <br />The following members were present: ~2ayor Warkentien, Councilmembers <br />Black McGough, Steele and Brown and the following were <br />absen~: None. <br />Councilmember McGough introduced the following Resolution and moved <br />its adoption. <br />RESOLUTION ?9-2 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY <br />OF THE LIQUOR FUNDS OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights does not have a bank within its <br />boundaries, and in the past has designated the Roseville State Bank of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as its depository for the funds of the City of Falcon <br />Heights. <br />NOW, SORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Falcon Heights: That the Roseville State Bank be designated as depository <br />for the Liquor Funds of the City of Falcon Heights and the City Treasurer is <br />authorized to deposit liquor funds therein. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that collateral shall be furnished by the <br />• Roseville State Bank as required by law. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Brown and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof : Mabror Warkentien, Councilmembers <br />Black, NicGough, Steele and Brawn and the following voted against the <br />same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Willis C.
