CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 24th day of October, 1979. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, <br />Brown and Stone and the following were absent: None. <br />Councilmember Brown introduced .the following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 79-26 <br />1980 SHADE TREE PROGRAM <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the following shade tree program budget for sani- <br />tation and replan:tngof trees for the calendar year 1980 is hereby approved <br />and that the city share of said budget is available in the General Fund. <br />SANITATION REFORESTATION <br />Personnel <br />Equipment Use 500 <br />Outside Contracts 31,000 <br />Miscellaneous 9,000 <br />TOTAL 31, 000 '_9, j 500' <br />• BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby <br />authorized to execute and submit the 1980 Shade Tree Program application to <br />the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Steele and upon a vote the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, Brown and Stone and the following <br />voted against same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Willis C.
