CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />MARCH 5, 1980 <br />• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Falcon Heights was duly called and held at the <br />City Hall in said City on the 5th day of March, 1980 at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers <br />Steele, Brown, Eggert and Larson and the following were absent: None. <br />Mayor Warkentien introduced the following Resolution and moved <br />its adoption: ' <br />RESOLUTION 80-5 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLERK ADMINISTRATOR , <br />TO TRANSFER $15,000 FROM THE LIQUOR OPERATING <br />FUND TO THE SANITARY SEWER FUND TO LIQUIDATE THE <br />TEMPORARY LOAN OF 1972. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights borrowed $124,000 <br />from the Sanitary Sewer fund in the years 1972 and 1973 and, <br />WHEREAS, the unpaid balance of $15,000 is due the Sanitary Sewer Fund and, <br />WHEREAS, the Clerk Administrator determined that the Liquor Fund had <br />sufficient funds to liquidate that balance and therefore polled the Council to <br />authorize him to liquidate said balance on February 27, 1980. <br />• NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of Falcon Heights hereby confirms their <br />authorizing the Clerk Administrator to liquidate said loan in the amount of <br />$15,000 as of February 27, 1980. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Steele and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, Brown, Eggert and <br />Larson and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />~- <br />Willis C.
