CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of March, <br />• 1980. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, <br />Brown, Eggert and Larson, and the following members were absent: None. Mayor Warkentien <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 80-9 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLERK ADMINISTRATOR TO <br />DESTROY CERTAIN RECORDS OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTE 412.841 SUBDIVISIONS 1 AND 2 <br />WHEREAS, the City Clerk Administrator has limited storage space for records and, <br />WHEREAS, under Minnesota Statute 412.841 certain records can be destroyed that <br />are 10 years and older, providing City Council passes a resolution permitting the destruct- <br />ion of said records. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City Council hereby authorizes the Clerk Administrator to <br />destroy certain records as stipulated in Minnesota Statute 412.841 Subdivisions 1 and 2. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Brown and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, Brown, Eggert and Larson, and the <br />following voted against same: None. <br />• WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />C /~ . <br />Willis C.
