CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS Pursuant to due call and notice therof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 14th day of May, 1980. The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Brown, Eggert and Larson and the following members were absent: Councilmember Steele. Councilmember Eggert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 80-11 A RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY TO CONDUCT A SURVEY TO DETERMINE THE FEASIBILITY OF INSTALL- ING A FOUR WAY STOP AT ROSELAWN AND HAMLINE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has a concern in respect to the traffic flow and pedestrian movement of Hamline Avenue and Roselawn Avenue and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights believes this could be alleviated by installing a four-way stop. sign or a regulator signal, thereby permitting traffic to flow more evenly on Roselawn and Hamline and permit pedestrian movement with safety, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Falcon. Heights to request that Ramsey County conduct a survey at said intersection (Roselawn and Hamline) to determine the feasibility of installing four-way stop signs or regulator signal which would permit a more even flow of traffic and safe pedestrian movement on Roselawn and Hamline Avenues. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Larson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the follow- ing voted in favor therof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Brown, Eggert and Larson and the following voted against the same: None.
