CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of <br />August, 1980. <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Brown, Councilmembers <br />Steele, Eggert and Larson and the following were absent: Mayor Warkentien. <br />Acting Mayor Brown introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />RESOLUTION 80-21 <br />A RESOLUTION REMOVING PASCAL AVENUE, LARPENTEUR <br />TO ROSELAWN, AS A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, <br />that the roads hereinafter described should be revoked as a Municipal State <br />Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota Law. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Falcon <br />Heights, that the roads designated as follows, to-wit: <br />MSA N0. STREET FROM TO <br />102 Pascal Avenue Larpenteur Ave. Roselawn Ave. <br />• <br />be, and hereby are, revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets of Falcon Heights <br />subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the state of <br />Minnesota. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and di- <br />rected to forward two (2) certified copies of this resolution to the Commis- <br />ioner of Transportation for his consideration. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Steele and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Brown, Councilmembers Steele, Eggert and Larson, <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />G <br />Attest: <br />Dewan B.
