CITY OF FALCON HEIGTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of <br />August, 1980. <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Brown, Councilmembers <br />Steele, Eggert and Larson and the following were absent: Mayor Warkentien. <br />Acting Mayor Brown introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />RESOLUTION 80-22 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING TATUM STREET, LARPENTEUR <br />TO ROSELAWN, AS A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights that <br />the street hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid <br />Street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1967 Chapter 162: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Falcon <br />Heights that the roads described as follows, to-wit: <br />MSA N0. STREET FROM TO <br />102 Tatum Street Larpenteur Ave. Roselawn Ave. <br />be, and hereby is established, located and designated as Muncipial State Aid <br />Streets of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transpor- <br />tation of the State of Minnesota. <br />• BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and di- <br />rected to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner <br />of Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the <br />designation of said roads or portions thereof, that same be constructed, im- <br />proved and maintained as Municipal State Aid Streets of the City of Falcon <br />Heights, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Streets as indicated <br />above. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Larson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Brown, Councilmembers Steele, Eggert and Larson, <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Helen L.
