CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of September, 1980. The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, Brown, Eggert and Larson and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Larson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 80-23A A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON EASEMENT VACATION WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota has determined to vacate a lane easement located between 1746 Holton Street, Lot 11, Keller Manor (Parce14~33-40700-O11-00) and 1740 Holton Street (Parcel 4~ 33-01500-110-54) and 1749 North Albert, Lot 10, Keller Manor, (Parcel ~F 33-40700-100-00) and 1743 North Albert (Parcel ~~33-01500-010-54) in the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota as follows: The Council will consider the vacation of such easement and a public hearing shall be held on such proposed vacation on the 22nd day of October, 1980, before the City Council, in the City Hall, 1644 West Larpenteur Avenue, Falcon Heights, . Minnesota, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. and the Clerk shall give public and posted notice as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the above resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Brown, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, Brown, Eggert and Larson and the following voted against the same: None.
