CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of <br />September, 1980. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, <br />Brown, Eggert and Larson and the following were absent: None. Councilmember <br />Larson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 80-23A <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON EASEMENT <br />VACATION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota has <br />determined to vacate a lane easement located between 1746 Holton Street, Lot <br />11, Keller Manor (Parce14~33-40700-O11-00) and 1740 Holton Street (Parcel 4~ <br />33-01500-110-54) and 1749 North Albert, Lot 10, Keller Manor, (Parcel ~F <br />33-40700-100-00) and 1743 North Albert (Parcel ~~33-01500-010-54) in the City <br />of Falcon Heights, Minnesota; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Falcon Heights, <br />Minnesota as follows: <br />The Council will consider the vacation of such easement and <br />a public hearing shall be held on such proposed vacation on <br />the 22nd day of October, 1980, before the City Council, in the <br />City Hall, 1644 West Larpenteur Avenue, Falcon Heights, <br />. Minnesota, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. and the Clerk shall give public <br />and posted notice as required by law. <br />The motion for the adoption of the above resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Brown, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following members <br />voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, Brown, Eggert <br />and Larson and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />.~ <br />Willis C.
