CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City <br />• Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 17th day <br />of September, 1980. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers <br />Steele, Brown, Larson and Eggert and the following members were absent: None. <br />Mayor Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 80-24 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DELEGATING THE <br />CLERK ADMINISTRATOR TO BE THE DESIGNATED OFFICIAL <br />TO SIGN THE APPLICATION FOR ELIGIBILITY IN PUR- <br />CHASING OF SURPLUS PROPERTIES. <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Administration, Division of Federal <br />Surplus Property has requested that the City of Falcon Heights designate an <br />official to execute an application for eligibility authorizing them to purchase <br />surplus properties and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to have the privilege of purchasing <br />surplus properties, <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Clerk Administrator be authorized <br />to be the certifying official for the City of Falcon Heights, MN, and be author- <br />ized to sign the application. <br />'!'die motion for the adoption of the foregm.vng resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Larsonand upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, Brown, Larson and Eggert and <br />the following voted against same: None. <br />WHEREUPON the motion was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />i s ar en en, ayor <br />Attest: <br />f <br />Dewan B.
