CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of September, <br />• 1980. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers <br />Steele, Brown, Larson and Eggert and the following members were absent: None. <br />Councilmember Steele introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 80-25 <br />A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE BONDS AND INTEREST <br />COLLECTIBLE IN 1981 THROUGH 1983 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota as <br />follows: <br />1. Bonds and Interest collectible in 1981 through 1983 is $50,449.00. <br />2. That there is now on hand in and is hereby irrevocably appropriated to <br />the sinking fund for the retirement of principal and interest on the <br />following improvement bonds the sume of: $69,437.25 <br />Water Main and Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds dated 10/1/63 <br />That the County Auditor of Ramsey County is hereby requested and directed <br />not to levy for the above bond for the years 1981 - 1983, pursuant to <br />. Minnesota Statutes, Section 475.61, Subd. 3. <br />The motion for adoption of the above resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Eggert, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following members <br />voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, Brown, Larson <br />and Eggert and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Willis C.
