CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the <br />25th day of November, 1980. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers <br />Steele, Brown, Eggert and Larson, and the following were absent: None. <br />Councilmember Brown introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 80-31 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FIRE LANE SIGNS AND <br />ENFORCEMENT OF THE SAME <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has received <br />a request from Mr. and Mrs. Norbert Hermes, owners of the Hermes Shopping <br />Center property at the northwest corner of Larpenteur and Snelling Avenues, <br />to install "Fire Lane" signs north and west of the property adjacent to <br />the Amoco property, and <br />WHEREAS, the signs will be enforced by law enforcement officials, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Falcon Heights, that "Fire. Lane" signs be installed .north and west of <br />their property adjacent to the Amoco property. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Larson, and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers <br />Steele, Brown, Eggert and Larson, and the following voted against the <br />same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />~~ ~. ~ ~ ti~ <br />Willis C.
