CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the <br />14th day of January, 1981. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Council- <br />members Steele, Eggert and Larson and the following were absent: Brown. <br />Councilmember Steele introduced the following Resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 81-1 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY <br />FOR THE GENERAL AND SINKING FUNDS OF THE CITY <br />OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights does not have a bank within its <br />boundaries, and in the past has designated North Star State Bank, Roseville, <br />as its depository for the funds of the City of Falcon Heights, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Falcon Heights: That the North Star State Bank of Roseville be designated <br />as depository for the funds of the City of Falcon Heights, and the City <br />Treasurer is authorized to deposit general and other funds therein. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that collateral shall be furnished by the North <br />• Star State Bank as required by law. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Eggert and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, Eggert and <br />Larson and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />°.G~l. <br />Willis C.
