CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />• City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 22nd <br />day of April, 1981. <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Brown, Council- <br />members Steele and Eggert, and the following members were absent: Mayor <br />Warkentien and Councilmember Larson. Councilmember Steele introduced the <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 81-5 <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE 1981 SEALCOATING - ALL <br />ALLEYS AND UNIVERSITY GROVE STREETS <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Falcon Heights had advertised <br />for bids to sealcoat alleys and the University Grove streets and, <br />WHEREAS, the following bids were presented at bid opening at 2:00 <br />p.m.A~i.r122, 1981: <br />Allied Blacktop Co. $21,317.00 <br />Bituminous Roadways $18,663.43 <br />Pine Bend Paving $22,248.30 <br />Black Top Service Co. $16,753.60 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Falcon Heights that the bid be awarded to Black Top Service Co., 1200 W. <br />Highway 13, Burnsville, Minnesota to sealcoat all alleys and the University <br />Grove streets in an amount not to exceed $16,753.60. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Eggert and upon a vote being taken the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Brown, Councilmembers Steele and Eggert, <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted <br />this 22nd day of April, 1981. <br />Helen L.
