CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Falcon Heights was duly called and held at the <br />,_ pail in said City on the 28th day of Ocrober, 1981 at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers <br />Steele, Brown, Eggert and Larson, and the following were absent: None. <br />adoption: <br />Mayor Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />RESOLUTION 81-21 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN LAND NON- <br />CONSERVATION AND MAKING APPLICATION-FOR CON- <br />VEYANCE OF SAID TAX FORFEITED LAND FOR STREET <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County by <br />Resolution dated October 5, 1981, classified as non-conservation land, certain <br />land Lying within the limits of the City of Falcon Heights; and <br />WHEREAS, A copy of the classification resolution together with a list <br />of the land classified has been submitted for approval of the classification in <br />accordance with Minnesota Statutes Annotated, Section 282.01, sub. 1; and <br />WHEREAS, The City of Falcon Heights has determined-that said land is <br />required for street right-of-way purposes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That said classification of the land <br />shown on said list as non-conservation land is .hereby approved; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proper City officials be and hereby <br />are authorized to make an application for conveyance of said tax forfeited land <br />for street right-of-way purposes; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk be and hereby is authorized <br />to file a certified copy of this resolution and application for conveyance of said <br />tax forfeited land in the Office of the Land Commissioner. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Brown and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, Brown, Eggert and Larson <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared d y passed and adopted.:' <br />r <br />Attest: <br />Willis C.
