CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 13th <br />day of Februarys 1975• <br />The following members were. present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, Ecklund, and Labalestra, and the following were absents Councilman <br />Steele. <br />Mayor Warkentien introduced the following Resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 75-9 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FINAL PAYMENT OF <br />$~t75.96 TO COM[~ERUTAL UTILITIES, INC. FOR THE <br />PARK SHELTER BITILDING IN REGARD TO CHANGE ORDER <br />NUMBER 1 <br />WHEREAS, Commercial Utilities, Inc. was awarded the bid for <br />the water and sewer services at the Park Shelter Building, Falcon Heights, <br />Minnesota, and, <br />WHERE~iS, all work has been satisfactorily completed by Commercial <br />Utilities, Inc., and, <br />WHERF~AS, Commercial Utilities, Inc. has submitted the final bill <br />for payment to the City of Falcon Heights, <br />NOW, THEREFC?RE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Falcon Heights, that Commercial Utilities had satisfactorily completed <br />the work at said Park Shelter Building, and has subtaitted the final bill for <br />paa4Yyment in the amount of $l~75.96, which is hereby approved for payment. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />seconded by CounciLnan Labalestra, and upon a vote being taken, the followi#~g <br />voted in favor thereofs Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Ecklund, Black, and <br />Labalestra, and the following were absent: Councilman Steele. <br />Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adop~d. <br />Passed by the City Council this 1 -day of Februa 1975 <br />~/ <br />IS C.
