~, <br />~'~_r> <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 9th <br />day of Octobsr, 1975• <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warksntien, Councilmen Black, <br />Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following ware absent: None. <br />Councilman Steele introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 75-30 <br />ADOPTING THE 1976 BUDGET <br />WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has reviewed <br />the proposed budget as submitted by the Clerk Administrator for the year <br />of 1976, requesting $318,856 to operate the City of Falcon Heights and a <br />total of $40,268.75 for Debt Retirement, making a total of $359,124.75, <br />as .shown on Exhibit A attached, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL4ED that the City Council of the City of <br />Falcon Heights authorizes the Clerk Administrator to file a tax levy in <br />the amount of $150,564.50 for general purposes and $40,266.75 for Debt <br />Retire:ent with the Ramsey County Auditor. <br />The foregoing Resolution-was duly seconded by Cotiulcilman Labalestra and <br />upon a vote being taken th erson~ the following voted in favor thersofs <br />Mayor Warksntien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and <br />the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed: and adopted. <br />n/. ~ <br />~ / <br />WILLIS C."A WARiCENTIEN, Mayor <br />ATTESTS <br />~.~~~ - <br />Dewan B.
