<br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />RESOLUTION 76- 27 <br />A Resolution Pertaining to the Preliminary <br />Approval of the Survey, Subdivision and <br />Variance for Lot Subdivision for Glenn O. <br />Martin <br />WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights by Resolution No. <br />75-4, dated January 9, 1975, designated an area north of <br />Larpentuer Avenue, east of Lindig Street, and west of <br />Fairview Avenue as a "no-build area" due to the lack of <br />storm sewer drainage facility provisions and likely damage <br />to existing homes and municipal facilities from the altera- <br />• tion of surface drainage of water should additional homes be <br />constructed in the "no build area"; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights by Resolution No. <br />76-8 considered the preliminary subdivision plans of Mr. <br />Glenn O. Martin (subdivider) to acquire the west one-half of <br />a lot described in said resolution a portion of which lot is <br />within the "no-build area"; and <br />WHEREAS, certain of the conditions contained in Resolu- <br />tion No. 76-8 have not as yet been met by subdivider and cer- <br />tain other information has been requested by the City Engineer <br />and the City Attorney principally the following: <br />1. The elevation of the proposed home when constructed. <br />2. The contour elevations of the land when the pro- <br />• posed home is constructed. <br />
