CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 30th day of <br />September, 1976, at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were preyeat: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, Ecklund, Steele and Labale~tra, and the following members were ab- <br />sent: None. <br />Mayor"Warkentien introduced the following Resolution <br />and moved its adoption. <br />RBSOLUTION N0. 76-31 <br />A ftbsolution authorizing the County Auditor to reduce the debt levy by <br />$16,631.38 in the year 1977, which was to be provided for in the Sanitary <br />Sewer System Improvement No. 1 of July 1, 195?. <br />WH&REAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has determined <br />that the bonds for the Sanitary Serer System Improvement No. 1 of July 1, <br />1957 has been paid in full and, <br />WHEREAS, the Council finds they have a balance in said account No. 1011, and, <br />S, the Council of the City of Falcon Heights under Minnesota Statute <br />t~75.61, Sub. 3 do have the authority to reduce said levy due to excess funds. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon <br />Heights, hereby directs the Ramsey County Auditor to reduce the Debt Levy <br />requirements in the amount of $16,63l~.38, listed on his schedule to be <br />provided for Sanitary Sewer System Improvement No. 1 of July 1, 1957. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Black , and upon a vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted against the same: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Hi.ack, Ecklund, <br />Steele, and Labalestra, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, R®solution No. 76-31 was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />1 <br />~', ~. ~ is~~' <br />WILLIS C.
