CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City <br />• Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of <br />November, 1976. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, Ecklund, Steele and Labalestra and the following were absent: None. <br />Councilman Ecklund introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption. <br />RESOLUTION 76-36 <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTI2~ THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO REAPPOR- <br />TION THE ASSESSMENTS ON THE POTHEN HOMESITE ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Nicholas Pother has platted certain property in the City of <br />Falcon Heights, known as the Pothen Homesites, and <br />w'HERE~AS, said property has special assessments against it and, <br />SEAS, the County Auditor is requesting that said assessments be <br />reapportioned to the eight lots so benefited and, <br />WHEREAS, the Clerk-Administrator of the City of Falcon Heights has <br />reapportioned thew accordingly as shorn on the attached Exhibits A, B, <br />and C, <br />NOW THEREF'OBE, BB IT HERESY RESOLVED, that the City Council of Falcon <br />Heights requests the County Auditor to enter upon the assesssmeat rolls as <br />shown on the attached Exhibits A, B, and C as reapportionment of the current <br />assessments on the Pothers Homesite Addition as set forth by the Clerk- <br />Admtnistrator. <br />Zhe motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Black and won a vote being taken the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Eeklund, Steele and Labaleatra <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adapted. <br />,~~ ,~'`l~r'_ r <br />.. <br />WII.LI C.
