CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS Pursuant to due call and notice therof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, IYIinnesota was held on the 29th day of December, 1976. The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen :31ack, Ecklund, Steele and Labalestra and the following members were absent: None. Councilman Labalestra introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION 7b-~.1 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FINAL PAYIZENT TO C. S. McCROSSAN COMPANY, INC. FOR WORK DONE ON THE _1976 MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT PRO- JECT ti~~IiICH INCLUDED THE AROMA AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENT AND STORM SEU.~R IMPROVEMEI~TT, CRAti~dFORD AVENUE STREET IlvIl'ROVEMENT, GARDEN AVENUE STREET I1~ZF'ROVEMENT AND THE GARDEN AVE- NUE WATER MAIN EXTENSION P~JECT i;JHEREAS, The City of Falcon Heights has entered into a contract with C. S. McCrossan Company, Inc. to improve Crawford Avenue from Snelling Drive to Arona Avenue under TSAP 12~.-10~-01 and, tiv1iEREAS, the scope of work, as defined in the contract, has been sub- stantially completed, and Tru~HEREAS, the completed work has been inspected and approved by the City Engineer, the City of Falcon Heights does hereby approve final payment. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights does hereby authorize final payment in the amount of ~51~,771.}.25 to C . C . T~IcCrossan Company, Inc , The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Steele and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor ti~~'arkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele and Labalestra and the following voted against the same: None. ti~REUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. /j~ ~'.
