CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was <br />• held on the 7th day of July, 1977. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, Ecklund, Steele and Labalestra, and the following members <br />were absent: None; introduced the following motion and. moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 77 - 18 <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE RATE OF ASSISTANCE <br />FOR SHADE TREE SANITATION ON PRIVATE PROPERTY <br />UNDER MINNESOTA STATUES 18.023 of 1977. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights has entered <br />into a Joint Agreement with the Minnesota Depart- <br />ment of Agriculture and under Minnesota Statute <br />18..023 which provides for State Assistance for <br />Shade Tree Sanitation program and, <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota requires the <br />City to establish a rate of disbursement: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of <br />Falcon Heights, Minnesota does hereby establish <br />the rate of assistance to private property owners <br />. at 80% of the cost of removal effective January 1, <br />1977. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilman Ecklund, and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, Ecklund, Steele and Labalestra and the following voted against <br />the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the motion was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />~~ ~,~ {~_ <br />,' <br />r- r <br />~Y~ /~ /) - <br />Mayor <br />Attest: <br />~~ ~ <br />.e' ~-cam-- <br />De an B.
