CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was <br />held on the 8th day of December, 1977 <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, McGough, Steele and Labalestra, and the following members were <br />absent: None. <br />Councilman Labalestra introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption. <br />RESOLUTION 77-31 <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY BOARD <br />OF COMMISSIONERS TO POST "NO PARKING ANYTIME <br />ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH SIDE OF LARPENTEUR <br />AVENUE BEGINNING FROM CLEVELAND AVENUE, TO <br />FRY STREET. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has had <br />several requests due to excessive parking, to post Larpenteur Avenue <br />on the north and south side from Cleveland Avenue easterly to Fry <br />Street and, <br />WHEREAS, said parking has created a traffic and snow removal <br />hazard for the County Sheriffs and Road Departments. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Falcon Heights respectfully requests the Ramsey County Board of <br />Commissioners to authorize "No Parking Anytime" and authorize the <br />Ramsey County Highway Department to erect said signs so enforcement <br />can be conducted. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilman Black, and upon a vote being taken, <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, <br />Councilmen Black, McGough, Steele and Labalestra, and the following <br />voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the motion was declare duly passed d ad,~-p~ted. <br />/, <br />WILLIS C.A.
