~; <br />i• <br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON ASSES;~MENTS <br />FOR STRL;ET IMPROVEML;NTS <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />TIME, PLACE AND Notice is hereby given that the <br />PURPOSE: Village Council of the Village <br /> of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, <br /> will meet in the Village Hall <br /> in the Village of Falcon Heights, <br /> Minnesota, on the 12th day of <br /> October , 1972, at 9:00 P.1~1. <br /> o'clock P.M. to consider objec- <br /> tions to the proposed assessments <br /> for Street Improvements hereto- <br /> fore ordered by the Village Council. <br />NATURE OF IMPROVEMENT: The construction of bituminous <br /> curbing, including sod replacement, <br /> along the eastern side of Fry Street <br /> between Larpenteur Avenue to a point <br /> approximately 175 feet north thereof <br /> which is the northwestern point of <br /> the B-2 zoning district abutting <br /> Fry Street, and along the western <br /> side of Fry Street between Larpen- <br /> teur Avenue and a point approximately <br /> 450 feet north thereof which is the <br /> northeastern point of the R-3 zoning <br /> district abutting Fry Street, in the <br /> Village of Falcon Heights. <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL The proposed assessment roll is on <br />OPEN TO INSPECTION: file with the Village Clerk and <br /> open to public inspection. <br />AREA PROPOSED The area proposed to be assessed <br />TO BE ASSESSED: consists of every lot, piece or <br /> parcel of land benefitted by said <br /> improvement, abutting thereon. <br />WRITTEN OR ORAL Written or oral objections will be <br />OBJECTIONS: considered at the hearing. <br />DATED: September 14, 1972 <br />BY ORDER OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />C <br />/s/ Dewan B.
