• EXTIi<1CT OF I~ZIINTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />FALCON H1i'IGHTS, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: OCTOBER 19, 1972 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, I~iinnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Ha11 in said Village on the 19th day <br />of October, 1972, at 8:00 o'clock P.T•S. <br />The following members were present: I•Tayor Zwarkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, Ecklund and Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following were <br />absent : none. <br />RESOLUTION ~~ 72-37 <br />I~~Iayor ti~larkenten introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />1~.ESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO DISPLAY FIXTURES OF I~NNESOTA, <br />IN THE AI•ZOUNT OF $23, 795.00. <br />tidIiEREAS, the Village of Falcon Heights advertised for bids for the <br />Municipal Liquor Store Fixtures, to be received at 2:00 o'clock P.T~Z. October <br />• 19, 1972, and ti°~'~iEIiEAS, one bid was received from Display Fixtures of riinnesota, <br />in the amount of ~a23, 795.00 . <br />NOZ~~, TI~R.EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village <br />of Falcon Heights: that Display Fixtures of r'iinnesota, 1966 Benson Avenue, <br />St. Paul, I~Tinnesota, be awarded the contract to install fixtures in the r•Zunici- <br />pal Liquor Store, based on the specifications in the amount of $23,795.00. <br />'The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof : I~~ayor ylarkentien,.
