EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MSS OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL DF T~3E:VILLAGE OF <br />FALCON AEIGRTS, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: NOVEMBER 9, 1972 <br />Pursuant~:to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on <br />the 9th day of November, 1972, at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following,members~were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, Ecklund, Stone and Councilwoman Stocker. <br />RESOLUTION # 72-1~3 <br />Councilman Black introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption; <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A VARIANCE APPLICATION <br />FORA SIDE YARD SET. BACK. OF FIVE FEET.,B08 GARAGES <br />AND'_PARKING SPACE AT .1830 W. LARPENTEUR <br />WHEREAS, an application-for a variance authorizing aside-yard <br />set back of five feet, submitted by the Arden Hi11s Investment Compar.~y, <br />• for garages and parking space in the proposed multiple dwelling at 1830 <br />bleat Larpentenr. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Falcon Heights: to approve the variance application for a <br />variance request for a side yArd set back of five feet for garages and <br />parking space at 1830 W. Larpenteur. <br />The motion far the adoption of the adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Ecklur~ and upon a vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor therderf : Mayor Warkentien, <br />Councilmen Black, Ecklund andCn~incil Stocker, with Councilman Stone <br />abstaining. <br />Whereupon, said resolution was /dec ed duly pass and ted. <br />I <br />WILLIS C.
