EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETII~ ;OF" TAE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />FALCON HEIGHT S, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: NOVEMBER 9, 1972 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 9th day of November, <br />1972, at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, Ecklund, Stone and Councilwoman Stocker. <br />RESOLUTION # ?2- <br />Councilman Black introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR A <br />GONDITIQNAL USE FOR A MULTIPLE DWELLING <br />AT 1830 W. LARPENTEUR AVENUE <br />WF~~EAS, an application for a conditional use was submitted by <br />the Arden Hi11s Investment Compan~r for the proposed multiple dwelling <br />at 1830 West Larpenteur Avenue, in a B1A zoning district. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT IU';REBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Falcon Heights: that the application for a conditional use for <br />• the proposed multiple dwelling at 1830 W. La~penteur be approved, sub3ect to <br />the Village Engineer's approval of the surface drainage and elevation levels <br />for the site. Any additional expenses incurred by the Engineer during these <br />consultations, will be compensated for by the Arden Hills Investment Gompat~r. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilman Ecklvnd, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, <br />and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following voted against: Councilman Stone. <br />Whereupon, said resolution was d la sd duly pass and ado d. <br />~GQ 2c~ ~j ~ 'cam <br />IS C.
