EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA <br />• HELD: NOVENIDER 9, 1972 <br />Pursuant. to due call-and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and_held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 9th day of <br />November, 1972, at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following m~nbers were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, Ecklund, Stone and Councilwoman Stocker. <br />RESOLUTION # 72-k5 <br />Councilwoman Stocker introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING. CLERK_AII+IINISTRATOR <br />BARNES TO ENTF.Et INTO A CONTRACT WITH JAMES N. <br />NOEL FOR Tl~ 1972-1973 WINTER. SNOWPLOWING SEASON <br />WHEREAS, James N. Hoe1, 1266 Garden Avenue, St. Paul, Mintaesota, <br />has submitted a quotation to do the snowplowing is the Village of Falcon <br />Heights at the rate of $15.00 per hour, for the 1972-1973 winter snowplowing <br />season. <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of <br />the Village of Falcon Heights, that Clerk-Administrator Barnes is herebg <br />authorized to enter into a contract with James N. Hoe1 for the 1972-1973 <br />winter snowplowing season, as per contract on file with the Clerk-Administrator. <br />The motion for the. adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilman Stone, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Ma~ror Warkentien, Councilman Black, Ecklurd, Stone, <br />and Councilwoman Shocker, and the following voted against: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was dec r duly passed. an do <br />f / <br />~~.~~~ <br />WILLIS C.
