E%TAAGT OF DES OF I~EETII~ IIF TXg <br />• VILLAGE_COUNCIL OF THE VILhAGE OF <br />FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA <br />HELD : NOVEt'BER 9, 1972 <br />.Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was da~7.y <br />called and held at the Village Ha11 in said Village on the 9th day of <br />November, 1972, at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, Ecklund, Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker. <br />RESOLUTION # 72 -!t 7 <br />Councilwoman Stocker introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />THE CLERK-AIJ~4INISTRATOR IS I~REBY AUTHt~RIZED TO <br />PURCHASE 256 SQUARE YARD5 OF TOLEDO, ENAMEL RED, <br />T2101 OZITE CARPETING FROM ST. PAUL PACKAGED FURNITURE <br />AT A COST OF $2,12l~.80, FOR THE MUNICIPAL LIQUOR <br />STORE <br />WHEREAS, the carpeting olanse was deleted from the contract with <br />Antler Corporation, and WHEREAS, Clerk-Administrator Barnes was instructed <br />• by the Council to take bids on carpeting. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of'. <br />the Village of Falcon Heights, that St. Paul Packaged Furniture and Carpet <br />of St. Paul, Minnesota, will install 256 ware yards_of Toledo, Enamel Red, <br />T2101 Ozite Carpeting, at a cost not to exceed $212t~.80, for the Municipal <br />Liquor Store. <br />The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilman Black, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and <br />Councilwoman Stocker, and the folloiing voted against: Councilman Stone. <br />Whereupon, the resolution was de duly pass nd ad <br />~-ti <br />LLISC.
