EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />• FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: NOVE~IDER 9, 1972 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 9th day <br />of November, 1972, at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, Eckluad, Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker. <br />RESOLUTION # 72-l~8 <br />adoption: <br />Mayor Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MORT HUBER TO <br />INSTALL AN E@+IDOSSED SIGN FOR THE MUNICIPAL <br />LIQUOR STORE AT A COST OF $1~1.)a.00 <br />WHEREAS, Mort Huber, 3771 North Dunlap, submitted a quotation to <br />erect an embossed sign of the Municipal Liquor Store, at a cost of $!tllt.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of <br />• the Village of Falcon Heights, that Clerk-Administrator Barnes is authorized <br />to contact Mr. Huber and engage him to erect the sign. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilman Black, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, and Councilwoman <br />Stocker, and the following voted against: Councilmen Ecklund and Stone, <br />Whereupon, said resolution was red duly passed op ed. <br />~~ ~~ <br />WILLIS C.
