EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA. <br />HELD: NOVEl~ER 9, 1972 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village (3ouncil of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was duly called <br />acid held at the Village Hall in said Village, on the 9th day of November, <br />1972, at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, Ecklund, Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker. <br />RESOLUTION # 72 -!~9 <br />Mayor Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPING <br />PLANS FOR THE MUNICIPAL LIQUOR STCIRE, PREPARED <br />BY SEEFERT~S NURSERY <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, is opening a <br />Municipal Liquor Store, and Seefert~s Nursery, 3622 Hudson Road, Lake Elmo, <br />Minnesota, has submitted landscaping plans for the liquor store. <br />NOW, THERF~ORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council. of the <br />Village of Falcon Heights. that the plans for landscaping by Seefert~s <br />Nursery be approved in the amount of $919.30. <br />The motion for .the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilman Black, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the follgiQi.ng voted <br />in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Stone, and <br />Councilwoman Stocker, and the following voted against: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly pas do d. <br />WILLIS C.
