EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />• VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: NOVEMBER 9, 1972 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Vi1l.age Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 9th day of November, 1972, <br />at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, Ecklund, Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker. <br />RESOLUTION # 72-50 <br />Councilman Black introduced.the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER # 1 <br />SUBMITTED BY ANTLER CORPORATION AND APPROVED <br />BY PROGRESSIVE DISIGN ASSOCIATES IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $1,628.00 (Deduct) <br />WHEREAS, Antler Corporation has submitted a change order (change <br />. order number 1) in the amount of $1,628.00, for the Municipal Liquor Store, <br />for the following proposals: <br />(l) Extra foundation work required as a result of unknown cesspools <br />which required field chafes to footings of near east wing. Add $172.00 <br />(2) Extra foundation work required at corners of existing old <br />builditag due to deteriorating mortar and concrete block (time and material not <br />t<> excee~l}~. Add $200.00 <br />(3) Omit Carpeting from contract. Deduct $2,000.00 <br />NOW, TIiEREF'ORE, BE IT HF~tEHY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of <br />the Village of Falcon Heights, that they have approve Change Order #1 from <br />Antler Corporation in regards to the Municipal Liquor Store, in the amount <br />of $1,628.00. (Deduct) <br />The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly secalnded by Mayor <br />Warkentien, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor. <br />thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,. Ecklund, Stone, and Councilwoman <br />Stocker, and the following voted against: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed opted <br />WILLIS C. A.
