EXTEACm OF MI~U'~`ES 'OF MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE aF <br />FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: NOVEMBER 9, 1972 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Ha11 in said Village on the 9th day. of <br />November, 1972, at 7:30P.M. <br />The following members were present: .Mayor Warkentien, Council- <br />men Black, Ecklund, Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker. <br />RESOLUTION ~ 72-51 <br />Councilman Stone introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BIDS FOR THE <br />MAINTENANCE GARAGE FACILITIES <br />WHEREAS, 'Clerk-Administrator Barnes and Engineer Lemberg opened <br />bids for the Maintenance Garage Addition on November 9, 1972, at 2:00 P.M. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council <br />. of the Village of Falcon Heights, that Gladstone Improvement Company, x.315 <br />Frost Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, be awarded the bid for general facilities <br />in the amount of $19,697.00, and that Lee Richert Plumbing and Heating, <br />6!~ Nea1 Avenue Soath, Stillwater, Minnesota, be awarded the bid for <br />mechanical facilities in the amount of $5,785.00, and that Hunt Electric, <br />2300 Terretorial Road, St. Paul, Minnesota, be awarded the bid for elec- <br />trical facilities in the amount of $2,290.00. <br />The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilman Ecklund, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, <br />Stone and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following voted against: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was d .duly pass and ad ed. <br />WILLIS, C.
